Breath Awareness Meditation Practice
The most vital practice before attempting any practice in meditation, is breath awareness meditation practice. I keep emphasizing the phrase meditation practice, because many people use the term 'meditation' loosely, and are not really doing meditation. Usually one hears the sentence 'When I meditate, or when I am doing my meditation.' suggesting that they are already meditators. Unfortunately this is not the case. |
